You may use the platform for lawful purposes related to media analysis, research, and accountability. You may not use the service to harass individuals, distribute malware, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in any activity that is illegal or harmful. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of all media you upload and all content you create using the platform. By uploading media, you grant us a limited license to process and store that media solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond service delivery.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
